Case Library
Case 01 · Full-Arch Reconstruction
A patient with advanced periodontal disease and failing remaining teeth, restored with a full-arch implant-supported bridge. Planned in 3D on CBCT, placed with a printed surgical guide, and provisionalized the same day. Case typical of the All-on-X protocol Dr. Shi has performed many times.
Case 02 · Cosmetic Restoration
A cosmetic case rebuilding worn and chipped anterior teeth with conservative porcelain restorations. Shade and contour designed digitally, milled in-house on CEREC, and bonded the same day. Designed to look like the teeth the patient used to have — not a Hollywood veneer.
Case 03 · Single Implant + Crown
A single-tooth implant replacing a failed posterior restoration. 3D-guided placement with a custom surgical guide, integrated over three months, then restored with a milled zirconia crown. Minimal tissue trauma and no impact on adjacent teeth — the advantage of implants over a bridge.
