Our Centre Dental Membership Plan is designed for patients without dental insurance. For a flat annual fee, members receive two cleanings, two exams, necessary X-rays, and discounts of 15–20% on restorative and cosmetic procedures. The plan pays for itself in a single preventive visit and gives you access to reduced rates on everything from fillings to implants.
Dental implants are one of the most common treatments for uninsured patients at our practice. Membership plan holders receive discounted implant fees. We also offer financing through third-party providers, allowing you to spread the investment over 12–60 months. Dr. Shi discusses the full investment range during your free consultation.

For membership patients, preventive visits are covered at no additional charge. For financed treatments, monthly payments begin after your procedure.

What is the Centre Dental Membership Plan?
Our membership plan is an annual subscription for patients without dental insurance. Members also receive 15–20% discounts on restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures. There are no deductibles, no annual maximums, and no claim forms.
How much does the membership plan cost?

What financing options are available for dental implants?
We work with third-party financing providers that offer plans ranging from 12 to 60 months. Many plans include promotional periods with reduced interest. Approval is typically quick, and our team can help you apply during your consultation. Dr. Shi provides a clear investment range so you know exactly what you are financing.
Can I get a free consultation if I do not have insurance?
Yes. Every new patient receives a complimentary consultation that includes a discussion of your dental concerns, a review of treatment options, and a clear investment range. For implant patients, this includes a 3D CBCT scan review. There is no obligation to proceed.
Are same-day crowns more expensive without insurance?
CEREC same-day crowns are priced the same as traditional crowns at our practice. The technology saves you the cost of a temporary crown and a second visit. Membership plan holders receive an additional discount on the procedure. We provide the exact fee before scheduling.
Does Centre Dental accept Medicaid or government dental plans?
Centre Dental does not accept Medicaid or government dental plans at this time. Our membership plan and financing options are designed to make quality dental care accessible for patients who do not carry traditional insurance.
Can I combine the membership plan with financing?
Yes. Membership plan holders receive discounted procedure fees, and those discounted amounts can be financed through our third-party financing partners. This gives you the lowest possible monthly payment on treatments like implants, Invisalign, or full-arch reconstruction.
How do same-day procedures reduce my total cost?
Fewer appointments means less time off work, fewer trips to the office, and no need for temporary restorations that add to the total fee. For uninsured patients paying directly, same-day CEREC crowns and single-visit treatments represent real savings — both in direct costs and in your time.
