Can I walk in for an emergency?
Yes. We accept walk-in emergencies Mon–Sat. Mon–Thu 10 AM–7 PM, Fri 10 AM–5 PM, Sat 9 AM–3 PM. Closed Sunday. Call (212) 925-7066 if you are on your way so we can prepare.
What is a same-day crown?
We use CEREC technology to design and mill a custom porcelain crown during your visit. Most patients are done in under two hours — no temporary crown, no second appointment.
How does guided implant surgery work?
Every implant case is planned in 3D from a CBCT scan, and a custom surgical guide is fabricated to map each implant's exact position. Dr. Shi places each implant by hand following that guide, keeping placement precise and predictable. Dr. Shi is in full control throughout the procedure.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a non-participating provider with most PPO plans including Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, and MetLife. We bill your insurance directly and verify benefits before your visit.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday–Thursday 10 AM–7 PM, Friday 10 AM–5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM–3 PM. Closed Sunday.
How do I get to Centre Dental by subway?
Take the B, D, N, Q, R, W, J, Z, or 6 train to Canal Street. Exit at Centre Street and walk south one block to 139 Centre St. We are in Suite 306.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer in-house financing options and can discuss payment plans during your consultation. We also offer a Membership Plan for patients without insurance.
